Today has been particularly unproductive. I went to a science olympiad practice, but one of my partners wasn't there, and the other one was busy the whole time (for four whole hours, jeez) so all I did was print a bunch of stuff and bug Justin (one of my friends). Usually on saturdays I go to a comic shop with Pojo and Sean (another friend), but it's snowing and Pojo is busy. Well, he was busy, I don't know if he still is. I'm assuming he is because he hasn't called me back yet. So anyway, today was pretty boring. I think I'll go eat some ice cream.

Today I got to go to a museum. Hooray! I haven't been to a museum in a while, so it was nice, even though it was pretty small. The dinosaur exhibit made me happy (I love dinosaur museums), but the closed planetarium made me sad. Also, since I was there for an AP class, I had to do a horribly long sketchbook assignment while I was there. Thank goodness I have friends to do my work for me... I mean with me. When we were done with the assignment (I did help.. when I wasn't looking at dinosaurs) we went to the college book store and ate at BurgerKing (not my first choice, but there were too many people in line at subway).



Unfortunately, we returned in time for 7th hour, so I had to finish an essay in english. Blergh. We're reading The Great Gatsby right now, and, I'm not a professional or anything, but I'm pretty sure they're all incredibly insane.




P.S. Today I saw a black volkswagen parked next to an orange volkswagen (of the same model). It was surreal.

I had a frustrating day today. First, in band, I was forced to sing. Why are we practicing a singing song in band? I play an instrument because I can't sing, and therefore I take band, not chorus. This is just silly. Then during second hour I had an audition for the pit orchestra for the musical. I failed horribly. I'm not that sad about it though because the practices would have been kind of inconvenient, but I'm still sort of sad. I practiced a lot, but I guess I was too nervous. Then I went to aquatics, which is always painful. I'm surprised I haven't overdosed on chlorine yet. The teacher/coach person let us out late, so I was still in the locker room when the bell rang and was therefore late to psychology. Then...stuff happened. Actually, the rest of my day was pretty good. Even pep band wasn't too bad. (See pojo's blog for pep band stuff.) We harrassed some little children.

P.S. My friend in aquatics is freaked out by the guy that keeps staring at her butt under the water. Her friends asked the perv if he likes her, and he said, "Well, she's kind of cute..." I asked her (as a joke) if she thinks he's boyfriend material and the poor girl nearly had a heart attack, then delivered a long list of things that make him a pervert stalker. Also, I get to go on a feild trip to a museum tomorrow. Yay for missing school.

I'm bored. I'm stuck at home because I couldn't sleep at all last night, thaks to the buzzing computer. On the bright side, staying home has allowed me to finish working on the computer. (I'm giving my old computer to Pojo, but it needed a lot of work done on it first. Irritating things like de-partitioning. Thankfully it's almost done.) It's been three days now, working on the old computer along with helping my mom create the new blogs (she did all the technical stuff, I just typed stuff), so I'm getting pretty sick of computers.
